Every single person at this office is so sweet and considerate. I have a kiddo that has a lot of stress and sensory problems around dental work and they were so patient and kind to him. This is a family owned and operated office and you can tell there is a lot of respect and love between the whole of the staff. It is small, but I prefer it over huge office that don’t remember you and feel cold. I’m glad we found Crescent Dental.

Was I a little worried..lol..but of course. Upon walking in && Jalyssa(spelling) with that beautiful smile && pleasant attitude made me VERY comfortable..but then I got to the back for xrays, smooth process.. My (yes my) dental hygienist Ms Stephanie (UNC dentistry alum) was a joy!!!! I can't scream it loud enough...get you a crew like this!!!! Stick around for my next review.... THE DENTIST.. didn't see one of those today.. If you have a staff like this, I know the dentist is off the chain!! My new dental family is better than yours!! Lets Go!!

I highly recommend Crescent Dental. I had an appointment this morning and am here to say, what an AWESOME team. From my intake (as a new patient) and x-ray technician, and Dr. Ricky Ghai. You could not have asked for a better customer service, overall honesty about treatment now and future work. I rate Crescent Dental as TOP OF THE CHARTS! You will be pleasantly surprised as I was!! Look forward to my upcoming appointment.😁

I had the most amazing visit with Dr.G and his staff. Every moment spent inside the facility was taken care of and given the best treatment possible. I’ve had tremendous trauma as a child going to dentist so I was timid upon seeing him. The receptionist (Kamaly) was very polite and friendly she gave me solace. The dental assistant (Benitta) showcased professionalism and great attention to detail beyond anything I could have fathomed. Overall anyone who is coming to this dental office will be show care in the best way possible. Thank you all for everything you do!!
